Terms of service
PRLS.health – Terms & Conditions
For customers in Germany, Sweden, France and Poland, the language version of the respective market applies; mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence always prevails.
1. Provider and scope
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed by consumers via the website prls.health and its checkout at shop.prls.health (together, the “Website”) with:
PRLS Health Tech OÜ, Tornimäe tn 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 17567700, VAT ID EE103018562, e-mail: prls@prls.health (“PRLS”, “we”).
A “consumer” is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. We sell to consumers with a delivery address in Germany, Sweden, France and Poland. We do not sell to persons under 18.
2. Our products
PRLS supplies personalised food supplements in micropearl form, individually formulated on the basis of your answers to the PRLS questionnaire and manufactured on demand in ISO-certified facilities in Austria. Our products are food supplements within the meaning of Directive 2002/46/EC. They are not medicinal products, do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
3. Personalisation and your information
Your blend is formulated from the information you provide in the questionnaire (e.g. date of birth, height, weight, lifestyle and goals). You are responsible for answering accurately and completely. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Each blend is produced individually for you after your order; it is therefore a product made to your specifications and clearly personalised (see Section 8).
4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
4.1 The presentation of products on the Website is an invitation to order, not a binding offer by PRLS.
4.2 You place a binding order by completing the checkout and clicking the order button labelled “Buy now / order with an obligation to pay” (or equivalent unambiguous wording). Before submitting, you can review and correct your entries.
4.3 We confirm receipt of your order by e-mail without delay. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by order confirmation e-mail or by dispatching the goods, whichever occurs first.
4.4 The contract text (order details and these Terms) is stored by us and sent to you by e-mail. The contract may be concluded in German, Swedish, French or English, depending on the Website language you use.
5. Prices and payment
5.1 All prices shown at checkout are total prices including statutory VAT of the country of delivery. Delivery is free of charge unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5.2 Available payment methods are shown at checkout (e.g. credit/debit card; for one-time purchases also PayPal and, where offered, Klarna). Payment is due upon order (one-time purchases) or per billing period (subscriptions, see the Subscription Terms).
5.3 For subscriptions, you authorise us (and our payment processor) to charge the recurring price to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period.
6. Subscriptions
If you choose the PRLS subscription, the separate PRLS Subscription Terms apply in addition to these Terms, including the initial 3-month minimum term, monthly billing, quarterly delivery of a 90-day supply, and your right to cancel at any time after the minimum term with effect from the end of the current billing period. In case of conflict, the Subscription Terms prevail for subscription matters.
7. Delivery
7.1 We deliver to Germany, Sweden, France and Poland. Delivery times are stated at checkout; because each blend is manufactured on demand, dispatch typically occurs within 5–10 working days after order confirmation.
7.2 If a product is unavailable or an ordered delivery cannot be made, we will inform you without delay and refund any payments already made for that delivery.
7.3 The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
8. Right of withdrawal
8.1 Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving reasons.
8.2 Exception for personalised products. Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and its national implementations (in Germany § 312g(2) no. 1 BGB; in Sweden 2 kap. 11 § distansavtalslagen; in France Article L.221-28 3° Code de la consommation; in Poland Art. 38(1)(3) of the Act on Consumer Rights), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. PRLS blends are individually formulated and manufactured for you on the basis of your questionnaire answers. The right of withdrawal is therefore excluded for PRLS personalised products. You will be informed of this, and asked to acknowledge it, before you place your order.
8.3 Where we sell non-personalised items (if any), the statutory right of withdrawal applies. In that case the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods — for subscriptions covering regular delivery of goods, 14 days from receipt of the first delivery. To exercise it, inform us (PRLS Health Tech OÜ, prls@prls.health) by an unequivocal statement; you may use the model form in the Annex. We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days using the same means of payment. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Health-protection note: sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are excluded from withdrawal once unsealed.
8.4 The exclusion in 8.2 concerns only the statutory withdrawal right; your cancellation rights for the subscription as such (Section 6 and the Subscription Terms) and your statutory warranty rights (Section 10) remain unaffected.
9. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
10. Statutory warranty (legal guarantee of conformity)
10.1 We are liable for the conformity of the goods under the statutory rules of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
10.2 Limitation periods under national law include: Germany, France and Poland: two years from delivery; Sweden: three years from delivery (konsumentköplagen). In France, you additionally benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641–1649 Code civil).
10.3 To make a claim, contact prls@prls.health with your order number and a description of the defect. We will remedy by replacement or refund in accordance with the applicable law. This warranty is free of charge for you.
11. Liability
11.1 We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under mandatory product liability law, and under any guarantee we have given.
11.2 For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible at all and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
11.3 Any further liability is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability — including under national consumer law — remains unaffected.
12. Health and safety information
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of young children. Not intended for persons under 18, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women unless approved by a doctor. Read the label information supplied with your product.
13. Data protection
Information on how we process your personal data — including the health-related information you provide in the questionnaire — is set out in our Privacy Policy at prls.health/privacy.
14. Online cancellation
For customers in Germany, a cancellation button (“Verträge hier kündigen”) is available on the Website at prls.health/de/kuendigung in accordance with § 312k BGB. For customers in France, a free online cancellation function (“résilier votre contrat”) is available at prls.health/fr/kuendigung in accordance with Articles L.215-1-1 and D.215-1 et seq. of the Code de la consommation. All customers can additionally cancel via the subscription portal linked in their order e-mails or by e-mail to prls@prls.health (see the Subscription Terms).
15. Complaints and dispute resolution
15.1 Complaints: contact us at prls@prls.health. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
15.2 The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
15.3 Germany: We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the VSBG. (Alternative, if participation is desired: name the competent Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle.)
15.4 France: In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Code de la consommation, you may refer any unresolved dispute free of charge to our consumer mediator: [name of mediator, address, website] after first contacting our customer service in writing.
15.5 Sweden: You may refer disputes to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We participate in ARN proceedings.
15.6 Poland: You may seek free assistance from municipal or district consumer ombudsmen (rzecznicy konsumentów) or consumer organisations; information on out-of-court dispute resolution is available from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK, www.uokik.gov.pl).
16. Final provisions
16.1 These Terms are governed by Estonian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation).
16.2 PRLS may assign claims arising from the contract, in particular payment claims, to third parties (e.g. debt collection service providers). Mandatory statutory restrictions on assignment remain unaffected.
16.3 If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
16.4 These Terms were last updated on 27 October 2026.

Part B - PRLS.health – Subscription Terms
1. How the PRLS subscription works
1.1 The PRLS subscription is a contract for the regular delivery of your personalised supplement blend. You receive a box containing a 90-day supply approximately every three months, and you pay a monthly subscription price, billed every month, as shown at checkout.
1.2 Each box is individually formulated on the basis of your current questionnaire answers and produced on demand. You can update your answers before a renewal box is produced; the update applies to the next box.
2. Term, renewal and cancellation
2.1 The subscription has an initial minimum term of three (3) months (one delivery cycle), clearly indicated before you subscribe.
2.2 After the minimum term, the subscription continues for an indefinite period and you can cancel at any time with one month’s notice at most — a cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly billing period in which it is received. There is no fixed-term renewal and no cancellation fee.
2.3 If you cancel during the minimum term, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the minimum term; the three monthly instalments for the first delivery cycle remain payable, since your 90-day box has already been produced and delivered.
2.4 After cancellation takes effect, no further payments are charged and no further boxes are produced. Your statutory rights, including cancellation for good cause, remain unaffected.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel, free of charge:
• via the subscription portal linked in your order and reminder e-mails (no account creation required beyond the magic link);
• in Germany: via the “Verträge hier kündigen” cancellation button available on the Website at prls.health/de/kuendigung (§ 312k BGB), which leads directly to a confirmation page — no login required; we confirm receipt, content and effective date of your cancellation by e-mail without delay;
• in France: via the free online cancellation function “résilier votre contrat” at prls.health/fr/kuendigung (Articles L.215-1-1, D.215-1 et seq. Code de la consommation); we acknowledge receipt and inform you of the effective date on a durable medium;
• by e-mail to prls@prls.health stating your name and order or subscription number.
Cancelling is at least as easy as subscribing.
4. Billing and payment
4.1 The monthly price shown at checkout is charged to your chosen payment method at the start of each monthly billing period. Subscriptions are currently payable by credit/debit card.
4.2 Failed payments. We send a payment reminder two days before each monthly charge. If a charge fails, we notify you and the payment is retried every three days, up to six times; if payment has still not been received after the final attempt, the subscription is cancelled and further deliveries stop; amounts due for boxes already produced or delivered remain payable. Statutory rights regarding default remain unaffected.
5. Price and product changes
5.1 The price agreed at sign-up applies for the minimum term. Thereafter, we may change the subscription price or material subscription features for the future with at least [30] days’ notice in text form (e-mail). If you do not agree, you can cancel with effect from the date the change takes effect, at the latest; if you do not cancel and continue after being clearly informed of this right, the change applies. Changes are never retroactive.
5.2 Recipe adjustments that merely reflect your own updated questionnaire answers are not changes within the meaning of 5.1.
6. Delivery schedule
6.1 Boxes are dispatched approximately every 90 days, timed to the start of each delivery cycle (around monthly payments 1, 4, 7, 10, and so on). Exact timing may shift by a few days for production and shipping reasons.
6.2 You can change your delivery address in the subscription portal; the change applies to any box that has not yet entered production.
7. Right of withdrawal
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to the personalised PRLS blends, which are made to your specifications (see Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions). You are informed of this before subscribing. Your right to cancel the subscription under Sections 2–3 above is independent of this and always remains available.
8. Country-specific provisions
• Germany: Cancellation button per § 312k BGB (Section 3). After the minimum term the subscription is cancellable monthly, in line with § 309 no. 9 BGB.
• France: Online cancellation per Articles L.215-1-1 and D.215-1 et seq. (Section 3). Mediation: see Section 15 of the General Terms and Conditions.
• Sweden: Cancellation is as easy as sign-up; disputes may be referred to ARN (see General Terms and Conditions).
• Poland: Changes under Section 5 are made only with prior notice and a free right to terminate before they take effect.
9. Miscellaneous
The PRLS General Terms and Conditions apply in all other respects, including liability, warranty, data protection, dispute resolution and governing law. Last updated: 27 October 2026.
